Can a bankruptcy be turned down by the Court?

It is possible, but very unusual, that a creditor or a trustee will file an Objection To Discharge of your debts, a Complaint to Determine the Dischargeablility of a particular debt, or a Motion to Dismiss your bankruptcy. These actions should only be taken if the creditor or Trustee believes you have committed a serious act of fraud or your household income is too high to qualify for a Chapter 7 discharge.

Only if the Court finds the objections have substantial merit would your bankruptcy conclude unsuccessfully.
